When you need to book your ticket for The Experience, you’ll fill out the booking form below.

Once we receive your request, we’ll check if there’s availability on the desired departure.
After that, you’ll receive a confirmation from us with a booking number.

Now, you log into Star Citizen and transfer the payment via MO.Trader in your MobiGlas to the account provided in the booking confirmation.

IMPORTANT! You must take a screenshot of the receipt you receive after transferring the money.
On the screenshot, you include the booking number so that we know where the funds are coming from. If the booking number is not included in the image, your payment will be invalid, and we won’t be able to offer you a seat on The Experience.

Once everything is in order, you’ll receive a receipt via email with your personal boardingcard.

On the boardingcard, there is a 10-character code that you need to provide at the security check during boarding.

Here’s how it works:
1. Fill out the form.
2. You’ll receive an email from our booking system with a booking number to use for payment.
3. Transfer the funds via MO.Trader to the profile “The_Experience.”
4. Take a screenshot of the receipt and insert your booking number in the image, so we can verify your payment (this is crucial).
5. Reply to your booking email, attaching the image of the receipt with your booking number.
6. You’ll receive your personalized boarding card and video material about the next steps regarding in-game communication and the day of the journey.
7. One week before your departure, you’ll receive a friend request on Spectrum from the profile “The_Experience.”
8. On the day of departure, you can join “The_Experience” profile’s server 30 minutes before boarding starts.
9. Remember your boarding code! You’ll need it at the gate during our security check-in.

The ticket price for one person on The Experience is 400,000 aUEC.

“Your cruise on The Experience lasts for 3-4 hours from the completion of the boarding process. Boarding always begins 1 hour before departure.”

The short answer is no! The Experience is an adventure for those who want to explore Star Citizen in a completely new and exciting way. Our security team will use all means necessary, should you choose not to follow this rule.

The dress code is casual clothing. This means no armor, weapons, or similar items. You simply need to go shopping for a stylish outfit for your adventurous journey.

If you ever need to venture out to the surface with the other guests for exploration, we have an armor available for you to borrow that is suitable for the purpose.

Since we have many people on board The Experience, it is incredibly important that you follow all rules and regulations provided by the staff, including the requirement to move around the ship only by walking slowly. (you don’t run around an IRL cruise ship either 😉 )

This is solely to ensure you have an amazing experience, while also ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone on the journey.

Please be aware that unforeseen technical issues, such as 30K errors and similar disruptions, are inherent to the Star Citizen platform. While it is not our preference, these challenges may, on occasion, impact the seamless progression of our adventure, potentially leading to an earlier conclusion than anticipated.

We want to assure you that we are fully committed to overcoming any hurdles that may arise all though 30K specifically isn’t solvable on our side. Our team will work tirelessly to address and resolve any other technical issues promptly, ensuring that we provide the best possible experience despite any unexpected setbacks.

When your payment is completed through MO.Trader, the payment is binding. Your booking number and boardingcard are linked to your name in Star Citizen and can only be used by you.

In the days leading up to your cruise, please send an ingame friend request to the profile “The_Experience”.

It is important that you send the friend request in order for you to log on to the correct server when the big day arrives. On the day of departure, we will be logged in 30 minutes before the boarding begins.

Once you arrive at the boarding gate you will receive a party invitation from the boarding security.

“While you are on board The Experience, it is incredibly important that you stay in the party with us. If you happen to exit the party, you will receive a trespassing warning and subsequently a crimestat. In case you accidentally leave our party, you will be asked to rejoin it promptly.

If you choose not to do so, we will be compelled to disembark you from the journey as the safety of our guests is our top priority.”

The Experience has two doctors on board who are available to assist you in case of injury.
